Confederation of Indian Industry (SR) in partnership with Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM) is organising an one-day “CII – AeroDef Tech Summit 2024” with the theme of “Powering Aerospace & Defence towards Viksit Bharat” on 1st August 2024 between 0930 Hrs – 1745 Hrs at Hotel Taj West End, Bengaluru, India.
The Aerospace & Defence industry of India is going through a massive churn. With the aim of becoming self-reliant, Indian Government and the industry has stepped up to the occasion. The Aerospace & Defence sector is gearing up for the future by investing on Indigenisation , R&D, creation of new IPR’S, improving the innovation capability and launch of new technologies, technology collaboration, development of defence corridors and exploring options of Space from the viewpoint of defence . With the common goal of Atmanirbharta & eventually Viksit Bharat the entire ecosystem consisting of Government, Industry, Startups & Academia are working towards capacity building and strengthening the Aerospace & Defence sector of India and to be future ready.
In this background, the CII AeroDef Tech Summit will bring together Government and Armed Forces Officials, Industry Leaders, Distinguished Scientists, Policy Makers, Defence PSUs, Simulation Experts, R&D Heads, Researchers, Technology & Subject matters experts etc on a single platform to exchange and share their real time practices & works in the field of Aerospace & Defence Industry.
